My Experience.

As an English-Spanish bilingual licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of professional mental health experience, I’ve developed a humanistic approach to therapy rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to create transformative changes and personal growth for adults living in New York.

I hold a Doctor of Psychology degree in clinical psychology from APA-accredited Albizu University in South Florida and my past experiences include working with diverse clients in various residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

I specialize in providing Individual Therapy for Adults as a primary focus to effectively harness my background and expertise. I am committed to utilizing my education and extensive experience to collaborate on a personalized teletherapy journey, grounded in a humanistic approach. Together, we will address your distinctive needs, navigate challenges, and strive towards your goals.

My approach is adapted to each client to inspire long-term change that begins with my investment in your well-being. But it takes both of us to create lasting transformation, which is why I leverage a collaborative and conversational approach to address life’s biggest challenges.

I encourage you to deepen your understanding of yourself by maintaining a culturally sensitive perspective tailored to you that includes aspects of CBT, positive psychology, and mindfulness. This combination of strategies alongside my own humanistic approach allows my clients to slow down and move away from autopilot to observe the present moment, unlock healing potential, and understand their experiences, challenges, and emotional life.
